Hell Yeah!!! It's the best part of having a car like the EVO. It's so damn competitive and it turns alot of heads.

I bought the car for the specific purpose of Autox. Of course, I now have 6,000 miles on it, but hey, you buy a car like this to drive and that's what I'm doing.

hey everyone!!
Just thought I would show you guys the progress and the fruit of my labour... Right now it looks like a sour apple... but soon i hope it will ripen!

We started at about 830pm and gave up at around 715am.
We had alot of problems. Oh well. My friend made me the fiberglass tub for me and between my brother and friend this is where we got....

Still have a boat load of stuff to install but no space!!! so I think im going to have a pro redo some parts of it for me.

THe beauty of it is it is modular. I can probably rip it apart in 2 hours. So at the track I wont have to be limited to 250lbs of extra weight.

Hey Nick, do you think I can run a 40 shot of Nitrous (dry kit) with the stock internals I have safely?

 

Yes. Thats nothing... my old car.. 3.0 V6 i ran 150shot... running dangerous i know, 00 galant GTZ, ran 14.2 with 19"s and full system- never blew up... went through about 80 nos bottles... HAHAHAHA. The evo has a 75shot to spool turbo only.

In my experience, a 40shot wont do anything but wake up the car a little.

hmmm.... i have a Venom Kit...the VNC 2000 with palm pilot if you wanna get it.

Im running NX now just cuz i like the Intercooler thing and I dont like to mix brands...hehehe...if you havent noticed.

Anyways, that venom kit is SICK!!! it is prob the safest kit you can ever get... do some research on it... u can "tune" at a light if you wanted...very trick.

 

How much for the Venom Kit?
