Wow

Work this morning was hectic but things are slowing down a bit. My supervisor is really getting fired up lately. A lot of people don't do their timesheets on time because we are payroll by exception. So they get paid regardless of whether they hand in a timesheet or not. But my supervisor is getting tired of it. So today she has been going berserk. "No timesheet?!?!?! CANCEL THEIR CHECK!!!!!!!!!"

 

That sucks, man. Sounds like she needs her pipes cleaned.

 

 

ahh... there was a car accident right outside my window(faces sw 8th street) freaking truck woke me up..... im trying to get pics of the accident to post up...

OK who else has done camber plates before?! Any advice would be appreciated.

PS: I have to do brake pads and rotors - easy stuff, but anyone who can't do this on your own and wanting to do a garage day lemme know. I can also demonstrate how to change stripped and broken wheel studs - a good idea for autocrossers who are swapping tires on the track. I've had to do this in the middle of an event. So it's a good idea to have a few extra studs for your car and the tools to change them in your track box.

Behind her where you made the photo continue to the left by cutting and pasting. Take the girl out, then flatten the image, then take the selection rectangle and select over that whole area that you created, copy and paste it as a new layer. Then take the motion blur filter and try to match the blur to the one in the original picture of the car. Replace psycho punk bltch. Voila.

You could even be so simple as to run over that area with a blur or smudge too and give it a little wave to break up the repetition.
