Hid lights illegal in NC?

really the cops are not bad in certain areas of NC...
they are more likely to pull you over for not wearing a seat belt than having bright LED's
if you have friends you can even get away with illegeal tint and stuff...heck i passed with an exhuast leak one time....SC also has no inspection if you want to work in charlotte then why not move to SC even less taxes, no inspection, half the living cost.etc (dont got to rock hill)

never heard of it but if you move to SC you will have to pay a vehical tax around 500 a year. it all depneds on what your vehicals are worth. but i love SC so i am not going to talk bad about it.
