im in jacksonville. this is the first i have seen of this thread. performancefreaks is where to go if you are looking for info on car meets and whatnot. there are alot of ncscca members on the site that post up the events among other happenings in the area. as far as an exhaust, i am taking my stock evo ix exhaust off soon. i doubt it would fit but if it does you can have it.

 

i actually have a stock evo exhaust on it now but it doesnt fit in the area the piping should go and im scrapping it on everything cause it had to run under the back axel cause the piping was too big to go the other way but looking at the car you cant really tell i looks like i have a big exhaust tip you gotta lay on the ground to see everything else but im afraid that if i scrape it much more its just going to come off

Hey fellas, and lady, there is another fine Freaky Friday drag racing event here in Fayetteville this Friday, 01 December, and you all are more than welcome to hang with the Fayetteville Evo/Lancer crowd. We usually show up with 6 to 8 Evos. Gates open at 7 and they stay open depending on the crowd (I've been there till 4AM before) It's $10 entrance and $10 more if you want to race. It's a full 1/4 mile NHRA sanctioned (but without the strict rules). The place usually gets packed with bikes, hotrods, muscle cars and imports. If anyone wants directions of info feel free to PM me.

Their aren't too many Evo's around here. And most of them don't hang out with each other. It was atleast a decent meeting place when we used to hang out behind the Marine Fed. You went there once or twice didn't you??

1 WW 8-- Side exit exhaust, my g/f knows him.
2 Silver 9 MR's-- Met one last night and the other a couple of months ago.
1 White 8 RS- never met him
1 EB 9-- His car is all f'ed up. It's been hit and in pretty poor condition otherwise.
1 Yellow 8-- Loud *** BOV, haven't seen him in a WHILE.
2 Silver 8's- one has been here forever and haven't seen in a little while and another is floating around here somewhere.


Their are 2 Red VIII's for sale at that used car dealership on western.

A red IX MR (which I think was that chick from NEO's who now owns an STi) is for sale on 24.

The EB one has a GT badge in the front grille. I think he said it was his initials or something like that. Don't know too much about it other than it was in an accident. And when I saw it at Ben's it was scratched up and the interior looked bad in some places. It also had a black trunk.


Yeah, I'm Matt's brother. I had the SRT-4 but thankfully that piece of crap got bought back by Chrysler!!!

We hang out up at 8ball's on Wednesdays. Their is still the same jackassery that goes on up there though. NEO's crowd seems to be a litle more under control now though.
