The AMS IC is designed to bolt up to the stock piping and it will. But I suggest replacing the lower pipe with an aftermarket one (same brand as IC of course) as it will yeild a little more power.
I think Corey at Atlantic Motor Sports in D.C. is using that header and I don't recall him saying anything negative about it. You could also go with a replacement front motor mount which will do the same thing as the torque dampener and it will be inconspicuous.
One thing to be aware of with the JDM rear is you can't use your OEM crash bar. I think Gruppe-S had a solution for that but I'm not positive. Also remember that any fiberglass front bumper will be susceptible to road rash and cracking a lot more than the stock one. I don't know many companys that offer FRP or Urethane fronts other than Ings. Check around.

yeah thats where i plan on gettin the jdm rear. gruppes has one that is for a IX. ill call them to make sure there isnt any fitment issues and what not. as far as the front, well the places i seached doesent tell the material except cwest which is fiberglass w/ reinforced plastic. if i have to worry about all that with a fiber glass bumper then i might just go with a new stocker and get the SE stocker at that. think that will be better for quality and durability and its the same price almost. if you have any sites that are reputable for bumper and (or) body kits then please share...............

thats all i ever hear about the tubular stainless manifolds... i figure if you hear it enough from people having issues im sure its not worth it.... the ported and coated one from buschur should be fine, the only time you will have to change it is if you go to a different turbo setup that doesnt use the stock mani.... i would look around for the poly front bumper... as brian says, ings makes one, just go to their website. it looks nice as well. your second crack at the modlist sounds better though.... i dont think your IC is causing any issues being dented, but if you are going to claim it, why not replace it. we'd have to leak test to see if it is leaking. torque dampener, i did notice a major difference with it, but from what i hear its the same is with the lower mount, but if you do both eventually then i bet it would be better then.

I think Vivid Racing has the largest selection of bumpers. FRP is not a bad choice and I haven't heard any negatives about the C-west. I'm not saying all fiberglass pieces are bad, my Gialla is glassed and it fits perfectly. But with that quality comes a price. I payed nearly 1200 shipped for my Gialla (just a front bumper). The INGS kit comes in fiberglass or Urethane but of course the price is gonna go up more. Stick with a major brand for body pieces and you should be fine. Stay away from E-bay or otherwise "copy" bumpers.

the problem with megan racing exhaust manifold and alot of others is that they utilize the "chinese" stainless steel so they can sell them for cheaper which results in cracks from the crappy ss they use. i know first hand because i have a megan racing 3" tbe and had cracks where the hangers connect to the exhaust. at the time it was a great value and does the job but i've had to get ithe hangers rewelded once and it seems to be good for now. pretty much what i'm saying is spend the extra cash to get the better quality parts
although, HKS brand doesnt always mean its better. do your research, ask others that have the part and base your opinion off of their results. especially the people that have the similar setup your looking forEvolved Member

i have had both... the act and exedy, personally, love the exedy so much more... nothing grabs like that thing that i have driven.... dont have experience with the triple carbon, but the exedy is quite worth the money, that is why we all are using it
