haha... no way, way too primitive, give those guys some credit, even the air force has rifles. You will probably be issued a 9mm, a m4 and not the m4a1 like we have, because you are the new guy, you will probably get a 249 as well lol. should have a lot of crap to carry, and you are a C ... you are going to get some **** lol. At least on the bright side, you will have some fun.

Sean, i figured you'd a called by now, but i'm sure you will be scheduling a time to come over sometime... i have your package. I opened it up, they look good, a few scratches on the lens, but i dont know if it can be cleaned or polished off.... i took some rubbing alcohol to them and cleaned them, but i didnt want to spend longer than the 3 minutes it took me. when you tell that guy you received them, tell him i said my garage floor appreciates all of the damn packaging peanuts he used lol

its hard to mess the intake up, but the MBC can be tricky... you just need a boost gauge asap. You can get them fairly cheap and i have a steering column pod i can sell you. You just have to find a 52mm boost gauge. get the defi blue racer one... they are nice, and look hot, if you dont mind the blue which your car is anyway in the inside right ? order it from either machevo.com if they have it or jscspeed.com, they will get it here the fastest, promotiontuning has some good prices too though

http://www.jscspeed.com/evo/evo_base.html

nevermind, jsc is the only i see with them

Besides a Boost gauge what would be another useful gauge to purchase that would actually serve a purpose.

Jason if its possible can you check out a wire I have under my steering wheel thats unplug. It looks like a wire harness for an EBC or a turbo timer but not certain.

I am getting the boost gauge from Zo6 but I don't know the size of it. Give me a price on that steering wheel pod, if your not using it right now maybe I can get that off your hands soon.

15 i guess... definitely no more... just see how much they go for new. Not to screw over ZO6 guy, but i think the defi gauge will look better in your car, and depending on what type of gauge his is, i'd definitely say that defi is great quality, but its up to you... and yes i can look at the wire. if its only one, i doubt its for a turbo timer or ebc, but anything is possible.

Zo6 actually gave a whole bunch of stuff for free to include the boost gauge. I think the Gauge is 60mm. I just checked the defi gauge you talked about and your right it looks awesome. now you got me scare about that wire maybe its something else

we'll look at it, if the car is running right, there is nothing to really worry about. its probably something that was installed before... probably a wire for the boost gauge that was originally there.

on lancershop that pod is 30 which is unfortunately where i bought it from and for that much, but either way, 15 is all i want for it

not sure what you are talking about with wet or dry... but if you have the same intake i do... lancershop sells the replacement filters for 25 bucks, they have several different colors, just make sure you see what is in stock and isnt.

HAHA sweet the lights came! Thanks for trying to buff out the scratches

I'll be there Saturday. I want to do a boost leak test and try to catch some leaks before the tune.

hey tribal, the coscam auto shop is open from 9am - 4pm so the sooner we get there the better....I think its $3 to rent tools for the day (air tools will be a big help) and Im not sure how much it is an hour ($4-$5 I think) lemme know when you want to do it...

jason - I think Ill try and install my exhaust and wideband tomorrow if the weather is like it was today...

Oh yeah tribal - get a wideband air to fuel ratio gauge if you get another gauge...Its the next most important for tuning

Try the auto hobby shop on Pope. A lift is $4 an hour and the tools are free.
