get some gray primer krylon (2 cans), and gloss black krylon paint (2 cans), you will also need 400 grit sandpaper...that should be it unless you wanna try to do the JDM style tails. Then you would have to get the stainglass paint from a hobby shop so it would turn out right...

I tried to explain this to somebody else once but they apparently were in the holiday spirit... coughseancough...

 

sounds good, I dont want the JDM look just the ol plain glossy black will do

 

Personally I like the way the flat black looks. Have you ever seen the flat black in person? Heres my old car w/ flat black lights:

 

the flat looked a lot better than gloss does IMO. i liked their tails and heads better then my stock black ones

 

I sold him on it when he saw mine....you should stick with the flat black. I have all the materials to do another job if you want. I can start you out on how to do it so that you can do it yourself after you're started...I dont feel like burning myself again with hot glue pebbles lol.

yeah ries i got the pm. im gonna make the call as soon as i get to a phone again and let the wife know where to send the check. did you clear coat it, i cant remember. if not i will have her send jason some bucks if he didnt mind takin it to get it clear coated..............................

 

it still needs a coating... but probably a bit of prep work as well.... shouldnt be expensive though, and i dont mind dropping it off for you. Hell, if you can paypal, just shoot me some cash and i'll drop it off next week.
