Sounds good. I cannot mention a word to my dad that it's his first time putting a cab-back on a lancer before I would have to hear a *****ing ceremony. Yeah, if he could go into more of a business because of a success with my car I'll be more then willing to get a sticker or something within that nature to put on my side window per se.

I just have to keep saving the money I get so I can buy myself a muffler and then we might be able to see where this can go.

Naw, my brother don't rely on stickers to advertise his work. He rather let the word of mouth and let others see his quality on the product. That's basically what he has been doing for the past 4-5 yrs in the mini-truck genre.

I know where your coming from with a limited budget.
I'm also trying to find stuff at really good prices to conserve my money the best that I can. I do know some people locally that have other friends within the business that have a chance to get parts. I'm in the process of saving up for my muffler and I'll get my *** somewhere to get my custom cat-back. Right now it's either bahamut's brother or my friend that lives out towards the back of my neighborhood. His friend owns a shop that does really good work, for a pretty low amount of money.

Did you email my brother? He said he didn't get any email, unless I've gotten his email addy wrong.

As for the piping, he said you can get aluminized (sp) piping from any muffer shop in 4 foot sections (don't know how much of it since we need to do some measurements). The mandrel bending and welding will up to my brother.

I'm meeting my mirage buddies in St. pete. Do you want to tag along like meet in TB and head across the bridge? This meeting is on sunday.

i will be at hot import nights next month also.......i just heard greddy is coming out with a cat back soon. im not sure on the price though.....as far as the new guy....i can get the injein cold air intake for 225......i have a friend that has a shop and that is how much he can get it for...let me know

 

I truly wouldn't mind meeting up and heading across town but I have to work on Sunday 1:00 - 9:30. If there is any other times you will be doing anything of any sort just let me know. Maybe there will be a time when I'm free and I'll be more then happy to get out and drive.

As for the custom exhaust, tomorrow morning me and my dad are heading up to a custom shop that my friend works at and I'm going to see what he can do for me. If I can get something done through him I will let you know. I'm not at all leaning toward either way at the current time being that I'm still saving and I have absolutely no money. I'm just seeing what's out and about.

Edit: As for the Email, I never recieved a notice that rejected my email saying the email was invalid or anything of that sort. I'll check again.

That good to check out pricing . . . remember there will be a difference in price from press bent (most common and cheapest) to mandrel bend.

 

Yup, I know exactly where your coming from with pressed and mandrel. My friend's shop that I'm going to he has a mandrel bender, all welding equipment and lift and all that good stuff. I've seen some of his work so I know he's reputable in what he does. I just need to go see what kind of prices he can give mostly muffler wise or I can go through Nippon Power which I talk to the VP, Richard Wong. He can get me almost any muffler I want for pretty good prices.
