It's cool, Jeff said he would call me Monday after they got the car ripped apart and they found out what happened to my clutch. I don't think my car is top priority for them anyways so I'm not thinking there going to be in a hurry to get to it.

My friends 200SX has been at there're shop for over a month now. All there're doing is getting him a new SAFC because his was messed up.

It's not too bad. It just a small shop that takes on a large workload. They have 3 bays, and probably 20+ cars sitting around trying to get work done. They've done cams for several guys here with no problems. Theyre mostly a honda shop....it's the only one we've got besides the dealer.

Jason, did you see my post about these programs not wanting to work? Only thing I have done is the service pack 1 update and since it's been jacked up. Didn't know if you have experienced the same....???

Got quoted $450 for the clutch install at ECP this afternoon and they can get me in on Wednesday morning. Think I am going to have to jump on that.

Saw your car Andrew, she looked sad.

i hope they can do it for 450.... better remind them about the ACD line and get them to honor that price in writing before they start. Once they hit hour #6 and the transmission is fighting to slide back on .... they are gonna be saying something about i know we said 450, but man, lol

ch53avitech, I went by ECP today, Im not sure your problem is the clutch man. They said that the speedometer is reading but the car wont move. Im pretty sure that that has to do with the transfercase . If I am correct (for your sake I hope not) I would suggest going with a TRE transfercase . Might I suggest their Stage 4... heres the link. Good luck

I saw a silver Evo when I was coming home from ECP. Thought it was you, but guess not if you are a few bolts from being ready to go.

wonder how many they have done... for your sake i hope it stays at that price cause that is some cheap labor rates. Like i said though... if they havent done a IX yet, make sure they know about the ACD line on top of the T case. If you dont know its there, its easy to break and when you take it off, its easy to lose the crush washers.

Yup, saw that. I'm gonna talk to a guy in my office and see if he can set that up on my computer. It's a pita to have it working one day, and then sh*ts the bed the next

I know they have done 2 Evo IX's that I know of. They do pretty good work, they are just slow.

Well the Evo is back together and I took it for a test drive. Gotta work out a few kinks but it will be ready for friday.

Whens everyone meeting up next?
