sounds good man... the more people the merrier. Its always nice to meet everyone. Im hoping to have 5 people on the dyno as well if anyone just wants to jump on and see what kind of power they are putting down, we can squeeze you in between tunes.

i think ive got 3 local guys, worst case 2 and i think nick is coming down to jump on as well, and im not sure if there are any others from the coast coming this way. If its only a few cars, maybe we all can go get something to eat afterwards or something.

 

I'm coming down. See what we can squeeze out of her this time. I'm going to wait and put my new plugs in until I come down. You said you knew a certain way to gap the iridium plugs with out damaging them. I don't have anything to gap them down to .24 and I think they come pre gapped at .31 or .32, something like that. Hopefully I'll have my test pipe in and on by then as well.

 

sounds good man... if not you can put it on when you get here, but it would be better if you put it on before. Also, just make sure your undertray up front is either off, or the flap covering your tow hook is off.

Anyone else from that area coming down for a tune or just to hop on the dyno ? i need you guys to get here as early as you can... NLT 11 id say.

Alright for Saturday this is what im looking at....

1 - 9 to 11 .... Fayetteville guy
2 - 11 to 1 .... MREvolution
3 - 1 to 3 .... Fayetteville guy
4 - 3 to 5 .... Fayetteville guy

Is there anyone else who wants to get in on this ? Tuning sessions will not take 2 hrs, but i plan them that way just in case. MREvolution is a retune, so his wont take long at all.... 2 of the fayetteville guys are lower modded guys and the other has the same setup MREvolution does... so i know i can fit at least one more tune in there..... Please let me know. 5 people will top me off for sure because on saturdays they try to close early.

ive got a cam install tomorrow night... we could maybe do it friday.... ill see if i can get some help...... you wanna try and tune saturday also ? in your case it would not be a retune do to the cams and i pretty much have to start from scratch aside from some of the fuel....

i just talked to the woman and she doesnt care... so we can do it friday afternoon/night or you can have H and H do it saturday while you are here.... they will charge more than i will, but you wont have to come up both days. Its up to you, whatever you want to do.

 

My cams should be going in right now as I write this. I am very nervous with people I don't know messing with my car. Hopefully all goes well. Anyone else looking to roll to Fayetteville besides myself and Nick? We will be leaving in the early morning and all are welcome.

question is, how early can you get here ? they were talking about shutting down at 2, but i dont know.... so id like to get you out of town folks done first. You i dont think will take all that long, and nick should be pretty quick as well...... with the right plugs i should be able to throw the timing i wanted in the first place to his car and get her to run right and shouldnt take long either. If anyone else from the area wants to jump on the dyno, i will bump one of the local guys since i can do them during the week

Cams are in, so far so good. Definite slight lope but nothing compared to them Cosi's.

Nice to see you Ben, Nick and company today.... things were doing pretty good. I dont remember final numbers, all i know is my stock turbo with cams numbers got stomped on by Ben and he doesnt have a lot of the stuff i did at the time and Nick is threatening my 20G w/ meth numbers except he has no meth lol. So i guess either im getting really good or my car really sucks lol.

Glad you guys could come down.... If anyone else in the Jacksonville area or anywhere else needs a tune, just PM me and we can set something up......

and for god sakes, can you guys please have a local meet and have more than 3 of you show up ? you have some great local guys up there that are just trying to get like minded enthusiasts together.
