Turns out I've got a worn out inside pad on the driver's side rotor.

After some further testing, the noise wasn't consistent with engine rpm, and when I push the clutch in I could hear it in the hub.

Crisis averted.

On another note, I had to have some emergency surgery yesterday to fix my guts. I'll leave the details out but it's put me down for about a week.

If you're the praying type, it's appreciated. If you're not, your thoughts are equally valued.

Inadvertently, I've discovered I have an immunity to Vicodin. Can't even get high on pain pills. Seriously, wtf?!

Damn Nick that sucks. Your car is so sick that it may have rubbed off on you. I'd watch out around it.

Get well soon bro.

I'm the exact same way; crazy ****. Try getting Percoset, it works amazing on me.

It's weird, i assume the two drugs are similar, one is oxycodone, an the other is hydrocodone - but I'm no scientist, so i'll leave it at "vicodin does nothing to me, percoset works great"

good luck with recovery.

So how was C&C? Was there any issue with the new restaurant going in there?

I didn't know about it being rescheduled for attempt #2, but as Daniel said, I'm pretty sure it got rained out.

Who posts the info usually, the Corvette forums?

So this summer has been insanely busy but it's finally calming down. We need to get a meet together, especially if the weather is starting to cool off and get a little more fall-like. Anybody up for a meet soon?

Hey guys! My car is about to hit 60k and called Leith Mitsubishi today to get a quote on how much the 60k service will cost. They quoted me at $570 with labor. This seems pretty low. I thought it costs almost a grand to get the service done. He also said it takes about 5 hours to get done. I asked the guy twice to make sure I heard him correctly. For those of you that have gotten it done, how much did it cost you? Thanks guys!

P.S. I'm down for a meet soon!
