That's a tough one to answer. I was trying to keep a very stock look at the time. The hood was painted to match the body and I ordered all the stickers that the factory hood had on the inside and also installed the heat shield. When I sold the car the new owner thought I was scamming him about the hood being CF until I explained.

There were never any lift problems after I kept air from entering under the hood's front edge.

I also swapped out the 3-piece drive shaft for a CF one-piece unit. That was pretty nice.

Here are some images of the GSX. One shows the inside of the CF hood painted and with stickers. Another (fuzzy) shows the gasket material on the headlight that kept air from lifting the hood. Then there is the CF drive shaft vs. the stocker.

Nick. I don't know how much your carbon doors weigh, but when I opened the door on the Fortune Auto gray TA car, I almost hit my mouth with it. Lol. Then again it dint have windows in it.
