My PB is a 12.24 @ 113.4. That was over a year ago. I'm fairly sure it has a 11.7@118 or a little better in it once I replace the clutch. I'm up about 50 hp from that PB.

I agree with just take this matter to the black top when the track is again, availble. And settle for once with PROVE and wittnesses, I even say that we have a meet that day !!!!! C

 

I honestly agree. I know I'm not the fastest or most powerful out the bunch, but I am ready to to line up with the s@#$ talkers anytime... Today, tomorrow, 2010, whenever. And when the racing is over, I'll just park the Evo and head to the grill or cooler.

All this talk is boring......when so many interested parties cars are down and some are even out. Hard to get respect when one talks about what their "NEW" setup will be like. Sounds like the 1000hp Supras that can't even manage an 10 sec slip. But wait til I get my newest bestest mod soon...lol...How come the 2 Evos that did good @ IMF are "some" of the quietest in this forum. Oh well as for me I'm looking forward to 2010 and seeing what this new year will bring. If I can keep my head above water and keep the business going, that's all that concerns me. I'll be happy to see everybody go faster next year, and that should happen. Let's just see it happen rather than predict this or that..Internet Racing...gotta laugh at it

On a side Note...I'm prob gonna sell the Voltex Rear Carbon Fiber Diffuser that I bought for my Evo. I don't have the time to install it, and right now I could use the money. It's New in the box never installed. I think I'll go a different direction now that I have my car back and have been looking at it in a different light. Anyone interested just PM or Email me for details/price/etc...

That must be so that you can change your mind like umpteen times...lol...I had to, you stepped right into it. Someone needs a V8 with twin turbos, that might just get down the track ina presentable manner.

I could back my **** up right now against quite a few around here, slipping clutch and all, but I'm going to actually do some PM on it. My setup will be the same, sans my double pumper, and a new fuel, but I'll be down to run on pumpgas too.

speaking of selling stuff, I've got a Koyo radiator for sale, has a few minor bent fins, and some blackening from exhaust.

Forgot to mention that I am also selling my oem Bilsteen suspension off of the 9MR. They are in excellent conditon, never off-roaded. We now have BCRacing Coilovers on the shop Evo they are working great so the OEM Bilsteens are taking up room and need to find a new home. I'll Make some a great deal on them. Just PM.Email me or Text me with your questions. They are in the trunck awaiting deilivery since the previous sell fell through I guess as I never heard back the friend that was going to buy them. He made me wait for about 1.5 hours and he ever showed up, as first I was worried about him, but after not aswering my phone calls and texts...I have up...so his loss can now be yours. They are really in awesome condition.

well... I should have the trans out today without a lot of drama.. worked on it for probably an honest hour, maybe hour and a half (****ed around a lot, had to charge the batteries for the digicam, etc). axles are out, front and rear motor mounts are loose/off, wiring harness and shifter cables (and bracket) are off, starter is off, inspection plate is off.

barring anything wierd, all I have left is to disconnect the line going to the slave, pop the cross shafts out, unbolt the tcase, break loose/ remove most of the trans bolts, unbolt the last mount, hit the last couple of bolts and lower the whole shooting match out. Whee!

realistically I expect that to take maybe another hour-hour point five with the same amount of dorking around as last night. (got in a fight with my intercooler piping, so that'll get re-done as well. front bumper is in the living room right now, glad I'm still single :-D )
