Not I. Been blessed to work this whole weekend.

 

^^that sucks man...im working this weekend too but I got lucky enough to be able to come in for a shorter shift on sunday so I wont have to be at work until 11am instead of 6am...thats the only reason I might go. I really want to go but if nobody else on here is going to attend I might not go just because I dont want to be that scrub that doesnt know anybody and looks like paul walker in the first F&F movie before they race for the first time lmao...

Shon, I can't control every aspect in life. I've made it to everything I've set out to attend, no matter how lame it was. TCM is one of my favorite events. It pains me that I may miss this one. However, other matters have come up that force me out of town. I'm still going to try to make it. Chances are, even if I do make it, that everyone will be gone or going!

Does everyone use s&r for performance work. I need to get a tune done on my x and was wondering if any of you guys have used them.

 

^^^I need to get my car tuned also and was thinking about having S&R do it...I've heard nothing but good things about them and they always seem to be working on some sick cars according to their facebook page...Thanks for the reassurance Alex....if anyone else is coming out tonight hit me up and ill pm you my number so we could link up whenever we get there...

 

S&R Performance is well known for their Subie crowd. However, they do pretty much any car. The owner is an awesome dude who is truly down to earth and easy to speak to. I have been offered a good deal there, so I will probably go there when I can...

...a couple of us have been tuned (including me) by this guy in Orlando. His tunes are top notch, but his reputation is not. The only thing I have to say on that is: Don't let what you hear about him force your opinion before you actually meet him. Many people will say many things. (What do you think people say about me behind my back! I know its not ALL pleasant!) Two guys in this forum are loyal to him. I was, too... but something happened that I will not say on this forum that made me change my mind. That is a topic for a face to face discussion.

Yeah man me and my wife bought a house in Gibsonton back in March.

 

Damn that was a lot of reading I had to do....wtf....lol. Yeah so I read about the Mega cruise and I feel I may be interested. I guess it all depends what is going down during that time. I will be at S&R and rolling like the 3 Amigos with 3 RR Evo Xs. It is true what Alex is saying and I back him up all the way. I think it is a cool idea trying to get everyone all together.

Jestr at CFT in Orlando is the **** and well worth the drive. He pulls amazing power out of the X. I got his tune on my car and it's super smooth. I put down 330hp 345tq on S&Rs dyno completely stock with just his tune.

(not a debate thread on how accurate their dyno is but it's the only one I have been on so nothing to compare against.)
