My wife went to this meet while I was out of town. She was trying to stay warm in the car when two guys walked up and talked about stealing her rims!

Since she was alone, she drove away after they walked off.

 

Really? That's terrible! I'm surprised someone would even consider that with so many people around. Some people are just jerks, though. I did a little write up on my blog with the photos I took. There were a couple Evo X's but I was surprised I didn't see any VIII's or IX's. It was a massive turnout.

I am glad to see that this event gets better every year. The first year I was nervous because the entertainment I scheduled bailed the day of the event, but it was still great. Last year I was nervous because everyone showed up late... so, naturally, I thought no one was coming. This year, I was nervous because I didn't advertise for it much. I didn't even post it on Evo-M! People showed, we had a great time, and I am again inspired to do it all again next year!

Evolution Escape IV... a year away and I am already looking forward to it! Thanks to all who attended.

 

So... I finally chickened out of the Auto-X at USF. I think I want to see how it goes before I try it myself. Plus... I still don't have a helmet!

 

Ok, guys... Imports VS Domestics at USF!!! We are being called OUT! Well, not i4Evo... but imports are... and we fall under that category!!! So let's do this!!!! We won the trophy on December 17th, 2012 for donating the most toys... now I want to show USF how we roll in 2013! There have been some additions to our crew since then, so lets rock out with our exhaust out!!!!

Now... all I want to know is... who's going with me? WHO'S GOING WITH ME!!!!!!!! (Insert Battle Cry Here!!!)

Hello everyone. I know that I have been "off the grid" for the past couple days, but I am back! Make sure you are taking the time to view the "Events" calendar. I am not sure how your phones view FB, so you may need to view it on the PC. My phone automatically updates my calendar to reflect any FB events... and maybe everyone else's does too? Anyhow, we have two (possible three) events in April. (Only two are posted, though).

We are approaching the next Brandon Mitsubishi meet. They are still battling over the eligible cars and judges. I think that we were a little strong about how it all went down last time. So I ask this of you all... give them a break. You will see. When we finally host our own show and judge our own contest, we will want to take notes from all of these events... and we would also want the crowd to cut us some slack.

Speaking of which, we only held one such meet sponsored by BOLD Performance. The winner took home a BOLD Performance gift certificate for parts or labor and others took home many different prizes. There was free pizza and soft drinks. I am wondering if we should do something like that again...?
