I met a young man in a blue Evo VIII. He was sitting in his Evo on Fletcher with his windows down. I pulled up next to him in my wife's GTI and introduced myself. He had a nice Evo. Looked new from the outside.
We spoke for a minute before I noticed his total discomfort with me approaching him. I bid him farewell and I left.
He never drives his Evo except on rare occasions and when he takes it to the track. Too bad he wants nothing to do with the Evo culture (so he says).
I bet that convo would have been more comfortable if I was in my Evo when I approached him! LoL

Some people buy an Evo and are not aware of the culture that comes with it. I was driving next to a blue Evo 8 in my Evo 7 and he did everything in his power NOT to look at me. Then he turned off suddenly onto 275-S. Oh well. I guess if you don't know, it could seem a little weird when other people try to show you respect when you don't expect any.
