And the VTA vs recirc issue. I'm a riceboy at heart so I love VTA BOV's. WHy not find one that does both. Satisfy maf and the rice boy craving.

That Video is Big Al. I guess we have gone long enough that people don;t remember his antics. I don't trust anything he says or his videos.

I trust Matt implicitly at spec-ops. Glad you ended up there. It would've been my first choice for SE region. Good luck.

And in my experience trying to guess what you'll make based on mods is almost a sure way to lead to disappointment. Every car is different. They respond to mods different and Spec-Op's Mustang Dyno is a heart breaker. Numbers arent high but cars perform. Don't get to caught up in the numbers game.

If the driveability is good and the car makes X amount more horsepower/TQ then before the mods and tuning then its a win win.

Good luck and have fun. Try not to get bitten by the horsepower bug too hard.
haha yea man i've heard bad things about all of those shops too, i've been up to spec ops a couple times and met lee here a while ago, they're all good guys for sure, im definitely not much of a horse power goon, my 83' E21 BMW has a "theoretical" 101 hp and 100ftlbs and its my absolute favorite car to drive, its a handling monster and an all out drivers machine, i just love mountain runs and stuff, we dont have **** for good driving hills/roads here in Augusta so im kinda SOL, unless i run up to northern GA or something. i've seen your car a couple times, youtube and all that, and a few guys here have told me about you, car looks amazing man, and runs great from wht i have seen anyways hp and tq wise, if i could make close to 350whp and about even tq id be more than ecstatic, thats plenty of power for anything i'd want to do, everything else i need is suspension and driver centered stuff. i ended up reverting back to stock UICP and diverter valve, looks weird with my battery in thr trunk and that stock UICP haha, but it runs great so im happy.

Good stuff man. Appreciate the compliments. It always bugs me out when people talk about seeing my car and liking it. I always feel like no one else appreciates it but me. LOL.

Spec-Ops is definently good guys. Lee is a good dude.
