NC members using SAFC2

Is there anyone using this method of tuning? I'm considering it as an option insted of just going with an ecu re-flash... Thanks in advance.

I'll be in BLowing Rock this weekend. But the wife would kill me if I was to take the ML350 on the "Dragon"

Did you do your own tune? With or without wideband? Is it the Buschur Tune/settings? I'm hoping that this along with the Walbro will net me somewhere over 300whp on 93 octane pump gas... I think I'd rather have the SAFC2 that the re-flash. Just don't have time/patience to make the tune right for the car...

I do wideband tuning on the SAFC2 and datalog the car with the pocket logger for $40. We can tune the car to whatever air fuel you want and make sure the timing is staying good and no knock. I use a portable LM-1 Innovate Wideband for air fuel tuning. I have tuned 2 Evo's and 1 DSM this way. You must have a test pipe on the car to do this though or have a bung welded in before the cat. Hit me up on PM if you want to do this.

I am in Raleigh right now. I will be moving to Hickory on August 28th. Hickory would be closer for you, since you live in TN.

Do the reflash it is faster and less trouble than a couple of hundred bucks is worth. I did two custome maps before I got the AEM ems and the reflash will also remove the top speed limiter and increase the revlimit.
