The only service I've had with Markham was actually good (so far). Car had a scratch in the left passenger window that was only apparent after the window was tinted. They replaced it as they should have done it in the first place and re-did the tint on it. Overall it wasn't to bad. I'm still going to my own mechanic for most of my stuff though. To me its not worth the chance.

ALSO, Which of them dealers isn't charging a fortune to program TPMS sensors?

If you guys don't take it to the dealer, whereabouts can one go in GTA?

Recently bought my car from Dixie Mitsu. I asked if they were mod friendly and assured me they were. I haven't gone in for any service yet so that remains to be seen.

I can confirm Dixie is mod-friendly as well.

But when it comes to troubleshooting, I think it is best to say they are mod neutral. Meaning that Dixie won't void your warranty for mods, but they aren't going to do any troubleshooting of an issue if you have any mods even remotely related to the problem area installed. Even if the chance the mod is the culprit is very remote, Dixie won't look into the problem until the mod is removed.

In recent months, I have seen service quality decline at Dixie. Service time is now generally twice what is initially quoted, and the resulting work quality differs based on who is on staff that day.

My fingers are firmly crossed that Scarborough Mitsu will take a more common-sense approach and won't use mods as a cop-out to avoid proper troubleshooting.

I recently purchased a car at Dixie Mitsu as well. The parts manager has just left there for whatever reason. They assured me they were mod friendly as well. Once they seen the mods on my trade in, I guess they expected the new car to get modded.

My trade-in was also modded, so I guess they're assuming the same thing for me.
