can you post pics of how to install it. Is there any tapping or splicing of wires? is there any increase in tourqe? Is the 8+ hp the same for the 08 and 09s? Any time slips for 0-60 and 1/4 mile?

well even an 09 lancer only puts out 168 hp at crank so yea i doubt its 161 at the wheels.
i wonder, RRM could we get some more clarification on this dyno, which car 08, 09, 2.4L, date ? any other mods ?
I know some of those questions have been answered but it be nice to see a compiled list

if the dealer ever had to do a diagnostic on ur ECU would it show up that you had some timing modification? also is it 100% imparetive to use 91 octane, like should you run ur car to empty, then fill up with 91 and then install this module?

if you google or wiki how gas stations store their fuel you will find that most pumps only have 2 tank reservoirs and the "3" fuels they offer are just mixes of the 2 at diff levels. with that being said lets say you had a qtr tank of regular fuel in there, i ASSUME you could just fill it up with 93 and run just fine.
then again i am assuming. i dont think there is a definite answer on this as it will vary from gas station to gas station. also dealer should not be able to see this in the ECU as it wont write anything to it and I dont believe the ECU will record the changes in timing.
"Most fuel stations have two storage tanks (even those offering 3 or 4 octane levels), and you are given a mixture of the higher and lower octane fuel. Purchasing premium simply means more fuel from the higher octane tank. The detergents in the fuel are the same, Premium does not "burn cleaner."

again my statement was an assumption based upon reading the above article.

cool, so basically this item is just flat out plug and play and should have no impact on warranty. its a definite way to gain 8hp, but it will cost you 250 to buy it and then on average 150$ more a year in gas. I'm on the fence here, if the damn stock market wasnt so bad, id buy this in a heart beat, but ive lost so much money, buying something like this just seems frivolous now

im assuming the dyno was on a 2.0L correct? i dont see the timing module on ur site listed under 2.4L's..are we looking at generally the same gains or even more? are u having to make another module with diff specs?
