Voltex Style Rear Diffuser ?!?!?!?!?
I'm sorry but your grammar is horrible. It is difficult to comprehend your message here.
You have no reason to bash this vendor unless you bought the product and received a defective unit.

if people reading this thread any where got confused at any point i apologize for the confusion i just wanted to point out that there is a knock off available through NRG, Invision just so happened to post it up first no way am i saying that INVISION PUT NRG PRODUCT IN A VOLTEX BOX AND SENT IT OUT AS A VOLTEX DIFFUSER.
But now they want to worry about their relationship with Voltex, how is that my fault that they are being drag through the mud if anyone to blame is the individual that post up the pictures
im just saying knock off suck anything else is up to the reader agree or not facts are facts Sorry Andysooo8284 you can talk all you want about my race, grammar or whatever you want but like i said blame the original poster if anything, remember i not like anyone took the vendors name and slapped it on a knock off it was the vendor clear choice to do that

The funny part about this thread is, the orginal poster thought by posting this all
his other JDM brand ***** friends would come and riot against NRG and or Invision.
When in reality you just informed a bunch of people that a replica exists and they
will now be looking for it!! Good Job!!!

Mike01GSR: to be honest i really don't care if anyone jumps on the band wagon with me this is more of me venting and tired of the "market" knocking off stuff.
auto2nr1 : point taken NRG please stop making replicas of good product , you should make one in your own design and be original.
zbomb: i apologize for that sorry for straying off topic
Point being is that NRG come up with your own design please, Invision it sucks that after all the great pixs of your car at TAS and pictures with you and the Voltex Guys that i personally thought great we got a true JDM company trying to make it in this industry, but then i could be wrong. But that just an opinion no bashing please, So i hope i sum up 5 pages of post into one poorly grammar paragraph lol

Why people should boycott replica parts:
1) Voltex spends a ton of money and time developing these parts both on the track and testing in the wind tunnel. Do you want them to continue making awesome parts? What do you think happened with C-West?
2) Like any knockoff, YOU look like the tight-***. For example, you may find yourself looking at a Rota wheel like it is a Volk/Advan and asking, "Hmm, style is similar, why does it still look cheap?" Perhaps your eye is not that good, I will provide other examples: a broken Louis Vutton purse you see some girl walking with (surely she would be able to tell you the difference if she owned the original), a off-brand cola that just doesn't taste the same, spinning hubcaps, or perhaps there is a reason people still buy Honda Accords instead of the Kia knockoff with 100k mile warranty.
3) With performance mods, I understand (not support) a replica industry. Usually, mass-production SS exhausts are pretty hard to mess up. Most of the time, people copy exhaust designs and piping. If one company can break off a better price on the same 3" exhaust that's cool. There are still mediocre-JDM brands like GReddy and HKS at an affordable price. For those who want the high-priced titanium peices, they aren't too hard to find. However, fiberglass and carbon fiber are much harder to duplicate and most replica aero kits/body panels do not fit well (reflecting poorly the original name). After they are fitted and painted they are supposed to look the same (after all, isn't the point to emulate the original?) So, when people see some replica fenders with funky gapping, they instantly blame the original company (can you really tell quality of Voltex from pictures?) This hurts sales all-around and causes the price of Voltex to come down. How would you feel if you bought one of the original kits at retail pricing?
I'm just saying, if you want the replica you should be asking yourself why? It isn't like you are going to save money by the time the shop has to bondo and sand the peices to make them fit properly. As the replica industry rises, their production methods get cheaper and cheaper (i.e. MORE profit for them, on a product that was stolen). Perhaps there is a reason you don't see the replica parts on the Invision Evo. If you sell and support a company's cause, you wouldn't sell their replica alternative. You should explain to your customers there is a reason the cost is higher on the real parts, they WILL understand. If not, tell them rock some APR stuff for a while and see if it helps to do anything. Copying is stealing and stealing is hurting this industry as much as it has hurt any other industry. If you bought an Evo because you understood why it is the best, you are only going to put on the best parts. If not, I'll be looking forward to seeing your car in the next tampon commercial screaming "upgrade" (man should have taken his own advice).

No, but in this case I see a just cause. Voltex is supposed to be a premier brand, but due to unfortunate industry vendettas and grey marketing tactics Voltex is becoming the norm. Authorized vendors for Voltex will inform you that there will almost always be a waiting time (unless they have these products in stock). Companies like Voltex charge what they charge for their products because they are wind tunnel tested to be of the highest downforce and there are only FOUR people making their products. When certain EvoM vendors sell suppliers' products at vendor pricing and ALSO sell replicas as backups, they are killing sales for the original manufacturer. Sometimes, said suppliers (Voltex) do not realize their products are sold through second party chanels ("grey marketing") and would not approve of said vendors selling their products. Any vendor who carries this high-quality, handmade part should have the descency to not support replica companies.

And in good grammar to
dont you think that this knock off defuser would do the same thing a voltex would after all they are made from a mold made from the voltex i for one would buy this knock off bucuse it is cheaper and i know it would **** most of you people off that think you guys are so jdm with your expensive parts.........
Knock off are always here to stay. If you want to complain, then go NRG and beg them to please stop making them, tell them that your friend spend some much money and waited so long to get the real deal that its just not fair that the typical joe's are getting their right away and paying half the price. HONESTLY NOTHING THAT YOU SAY WILL STOP REPLICAS. Stop being a winnie and go spend your money on your hardcore JDM products. Who cares if they are wind tunnel tested. Does anyone besides real racers care? NO!!! I don't track my car so I could care less. If I could get my car to look exactly the same and spending half the price. Who would look more like an idiot? Welcome to the real world, you're not going to change anything with this, replicas are going to be made no matter what you or a company says. Maybe the companies should be more reasonable with their prices and maybe people will buy them, not only that, 6+ months to get a product? Come on!!! Hire more people dam it! Its their fault. They are being cheapos too by not having a high staff and making that excuse to rip the customer off by charging them a **** load of money for the same product NRG sell for half the price. When you go into a business there is always going to be that chance that someone might copy your product, its a risk and its up to the company whether or not they want to compete
