PRS guarantees all work that is done at our facility. We are more than willing to diagnose the issues that have been posted, and have been willing to retrieve the car. Furthermore return it to the customer. The details concerning our whole interaction with this car and its owners are far more in depth than the what has been posted by the OP. This car should've been done months and months ago, not because we did anything wrong or had some unforeseeable issues but because the owner went completely off the grid. Then encountering hardware issues which were repaired with our own personal parts (not inventory) to go above and beyond. We apologize for even the perception of less than stellar performance. We at PRS are willing to do whatever it takes for our customers but all aspects of this interaction are not being represented. We are not going to sling mud but we will stand up for our work.
