Lancershop terrible service.

Bought a Front Strut bar off lancershop. Waited a week for them to tell me it was not in stock. They then said they have another type in stock for 34.66 more. They told me they would just have to verify that it fits the 03-06 lancer evo 8. They then verified it 2 days later (takes two days i guess? lol) that it fits. I then paid them the extra money. a Total of 2 weeks later no tracking and nothing shipped. Many emails sent to them with limited communication or verification item has shipped. Sent them another email and text again today saying I was going to put a claim in on them if I got no tracking number today by 2pm . Well no tracking so I guess they must think I was bluffing.

I would not be surprised if they tried to blame COVID. Seems to be a nice blanket excuse for a lot of companies nowadays.

Yes- I had a similar issue with them when I bought a part that they said they had in stock. Turns out they didn't have it in stock, and they couldn't get it. Part was only a few dollars but I spent hours on the phone trying to call them just to get a refund. Weeks later they sent me a check and said they "couldn't refund the paypal" for some reason. The check that came to me was in the wrong name so I couldn't cash it. Finally, after submitting a paypal dispute they were able to refund it.

Avoid lancershop at all costs.

Thats too bad, sounds like they went downhill. I used to buy from them all the time back in the day and service/shipping was great. I haven't bought form them in almost 8 years now but I recently went on their website and figured something was up because it has the same old design as back in 2003, its super disorganized and nothing seemed updated. I shop mostly stm, rhd japan and demon tweeks in the uk.
