"I'm curious about how John Mueller's car compared to Nils/Robispec's. Didn't they both make around the same power? Or has John done the ole bigger turbo/2.4 upgrade?"
not sure.. but the muler car was moving at a great clip.. but it had terminal engine issues and had to leave teh contest. I think teh robispec car was #402

thast sheet could have been our first lap or two before the ic hose blew off as well... nevertheless, my car was picked as the 2nd place in the awd class. I find it fantastic that "vishnu" and "shiv" cant be used on those forums.. amazing.

let it go. don't invite doubt. this thread has been up for days with 6k+ views and everyone the least bit associated with the event has graced this thread. Surely someone would have contested the claim early on here where it really counts, not over there.

One thing that no one has mentioned is that after we were told we advanced to the finals, everyone left, including all the other evos. Not many people were even there to watch Tsuchiya drive the skyline and my car again. After the drive Tsuchiya talked to the producers for a while and then they said the skyline was gonna be allowed to advance as it got a faster lap time. 1.01.7 vs my 1.03.0, and they didnt think the tire was THAT much different than everyone elses.

i've had to repost my "for sale" ad on that site 3 times because it keeps getting deleted.
funny, b/c older "for sale" posts don't get deleted at all. Nor do any of the other "non-vishnu" for sale ads.
it really is insecurity at its best . . . not unlike some good ol' **** book-burning
