Simply need to take it to a place where it won't get buried.

Not that it would ever really prove anything that we don't already know, and that's Al's method. Stir the pot until someone get's the thread closed so he gets to dodge the issue.

There are many ways to argue. Being role models on the board, or what should be regarded as experts, these guys should honestly think about how to argue with each other in a manner that is professional AND educational to others as to why one or the other may have an advantage over the next. If they debate and they prove themselves the victor, Im sure nobody would think less of the defeated candidate, and both would promote business for themselves.

If you even read the thread, you would know that Shiv handled it very professionally. Your talking out of your a** son, and I bet you can't even think of a post in that thread where he didn't.

Naturally. Traits of a coward.

THE customer did post and he said he hated al's personality and his tune.
It was pretty much proven that it wasnt a boost leak. face it.

One last note; why is it that als supporters with the exception of warrtalon and a few others, tend to be rude, obnoxious and lacking communication skills? All they do is name call, rip shiv and generally never stay on topic. It would b enice if they could learn to argue the facts and data, not who their favorite tuner is.

It's ridiculous that the moderators should delete the thread.

not only that but if u wanna start saying sttuff about how vendors shouldnt start threads bashin other vendors then lok at al he started one about how he "fixed the xede tune" when the customer didnt even have a map loaded on it and the only reason he went to al is because al lied and said he could tune an xede and then after they drove the 2+ hours to have him tune he said oh i cant tune an xede and not only that sold them a walbro 255 when it wasnt nessecarrily (sp) needed and then he has the ***** to say that the customer was happy and then the customer responds by saying that he didnt like als flash or als personality when he was with him and then al insults the customer when the customer wants shiv to tune his car because he will do it for free to fixed als mistake. Now tell me who do u think is the better business/ moral man the guy that lies to a customer and sells him unneeded parts and then turn arounds and bashes the customer after he isnt happy or the business man that fixes a competitors mistake for free for a customer and then the customer is happy....uhh i think shiv wins this one!

but im just a ShivNutSwinger #48 lol

while ur post was great and made sense, the key is that it was too long so no one on teh other side will bother to read it. factual evidence is irrelavant on the forums.

censorship = bad

I don't care how ugly and heated the debate gets, the threads should stay so that everyone can read for themselves and draw their own conclusions ... whatever they may be. And people need to be accountable for what they say.

if all the clowns that posted in the origional thread were deleted, there was some valuable info in there. i'm sorry, but i don't recall shiv calling al an idiot, or even posting about al at all... read the first post - it was just info without names or companies mentioned. al, i believe, was the first to jump in and make himself and bushur the object and started making inflamitiory posts - as usual (i have no idea why dave bushur, who i believe has a good and ethical company, is comfortable having his company associated with al). i have been on this board for quite a while and usually refrain from posting in these "flame wars", i just read them for amusement and what little info i can gain. i usually see the same players, even previously banned members, jumping in to post the most outrageous crap. they have even drifted over to this post to display their immaturity.

Just because it gets heated is not a reason to just trash the whole thread..
