OK folks, just another update. As of now, race gas is going to be delivered to my house tomorrow. However, after trying to set up an appointment for a dyno tune, Calvin told me that Shiv is having his dyno moved next week. Shiv isn't around this week, so unfortunately until the dyno has been set up again after next week, it could be another two weeks before we see race gas numbers.

I realize that this is starting to drag out longer than we anticipated when we did the first initial tune. Trust me when i say that I am just as, if not more curious than everyone else here on the potential of my current setup. Once everything is completed, all the information will come out. I don't want anyone blaming me for getting this setup if it turns out to disappoint everyone in the end. Last thing I want or expected was any kind of drama when I had all this work done to my car.

If you are curious, check back after a week for another update on when the dyno tune will be. Other than that, thanks to everyone for the kind words!

Its been almost a month and still no turbo specs. I'm acutally disappointed.

I think this entire thread was premature.

premature perhaps, but that seems to be status-quo for "the cool new thing" just about everywhere you look.

I'll just remain conservatively hopeful until I hear more.

I was hoping to get reports before the end of July. I am surprised that there hasn't been anymore conjecture as to the nature of the beast. It can't be a 20G, so that rules out the larger 5-bladed and 6-bladed compressor wheels. Obviously it must be configured with the 9 compressor housing, I mean....Duh!

I was expecting some insider leaks. But they're all being very tight lipped. Also Duh. it has the 10.5 hotside. So, to recap the speculation: It's gotta be the illusory TME-9.

please don't hijack this thread with speculation or conjecture. Let's just wait until the people who really know what's going on make the next step and do some testing on race gas.

I know Shiv's dyno is out of order at the moment, I was just hoping someone would know when it may be up and running again and maybe when the race gas test was expected.

Unfortunately, this is what happens when information isn't coming form the vendor. It can't be too much of a shock with so little info coming out of Vishnu that people begin to guess/ speculate what might be going on.

It isn't pathetic, but Vishnu should at least be saying something along the lines of "we're awaiting further testing."
