Sadly, I really could use some right now, so I appreciate your comment. While rolling the fenders on the rear, the quarter panel "popped" inward and now there's a dent (a freak occurrence, I've rolled dozens of fenders), and then yesterday a Trust lug nut sheared off while trying to rotate my wheels. :-/

When I built my M3, I never had a single issue and the car ran strong no matter how hard we beat on it (endurance races, sprint races, etc.). The Evo seems to be giving me all of the heartachhe the M3 never gave me (even though it should have).

Sup Jkav. There was no issue with fuel. The car would exhibit the same problem at 1psi of boost. And there was never any sign of leanrun.

At higher RPM, the MIVEC values are 0.

Yeah - rarely see such a run of bad luck; it'll turn around - fix 'em 1 @ a time

The car is going to Works on Thursday. They'll be installing the upgraded valve springs and retainers then. If that doesn't resolve it???

I'll let you all know what comes of it.

I've invested a lot of money and time with Shiv at this point -- I'll bring the car back to him as soon as we've upgrade the valve train parts. I really want to make the Xede work as I like the product and want the ability to run two maps.

Is it possible the MIVEC actuator was damaged during the CAM install? And are we positive one of the cams isn't off a tooth? That was never answered...
