Still on schedule. That said, I'm dreading the trip down to the dyno as the car is gutted in preperation for the cage to go in. It will be a LOUD drive. ;-)

 

It's been nice buying race parts for the Evo instead of my old M3. The parts cost is ridiculously lower.

Vishnu called me last night to cancel. It seems that the FFE dyno is down for service, so they were cancelling all of the appointments. :-(

I took the day off of work to do this, so I'm quite frustrated...

I tried to book something for this week, but Shiv was unavailable. My own work schedule keeps me from doing it the rest of this month, and they won't schedule any time on the weekend. :-(

I have to say, I'm pretty frustrated at this point. It shouldn't have taken so many visits to get everything tuned on this car (although the second visit was my own fault). I've already taken three days off of work to tune this damn thing and it still runs like crap.

I'm honestly considering yanking the Xede out of the car and going with a tune from another local vendor.

I'm either going to go to Works or make the jump and go to true engine management (either a simple system like AEM or a Pectel unit).
