Evo IXs with reflashes should be running 23-24 psi. Shouldn't run rich, A/F should be around 11:1

Tuffguy- this is exactly what I was trying to tell you earlier. I dont know what dyno reads 250 whp on a stock IX but its isn't a dyno dynamics.

It would be very surprising if Shiv still used the DOS based ECUTEK, when ECUflash has the same, if not better, functionality along with a better interface. I'd think of it more like a $750 IPR charge...
