Progressive controller settings
Have a SMC kit on the way. Was wondering what the start and max settings were. 10 psi sounds good to start spraying and 22 for full spray. is that good?

Al tuned my car to start at 16PSI and ending 26PSI. I recently changed to 10psi starting and 26psi ending.Either way it works fine, just make sure you observed the settings very well before changing it so that if you ever go back to know where you suppose to set it.
Sorry if I was not to objective on the answer.

I would think you'd want the max to come in earlier. If you have a stock turbo. Pushing over 23-24psi gets it out of it's effcientcy and temps rise fast. I don't have a progressive controller...yet (coolingmist will be ordered soon). My on/off is set to kick in at 17psi. I think with a progressive unit, I'd start spraying around 10-12 and have it spraying max by 18.
If you've ever datalogged, you'll see that 16-18psi is where things start happeneing, (timing gets pulled and knock can happen).
This is all based on stock turbo.
