How to prevent BLOW if alky fails!
I got dilemma. I Have AEM standalaone, GM boost controller for AEM to control & Buschur 20G9 turbo with the High boost actuator that would not let boost fall below 25PSI.
Now I am planning on installing Alky system and yet to figure out how to prevent overboost and engine failure if it stop spraying????
Please advise as my car runs without boost controller now to prevent overboost.

You can set thestock watsegate pressure a few psi below the boost controller (25psi). No alky flow = wastegate pressure only.
There are similar failsafe system out there, read the "there is failsafe , failsafe ... thread on this forum.

If I understand correctly DDS3 sensor would artificially bring the pressure up to open the actuator & wastegate, eventhough the real boost that turbo makes is different?
If that is correct i am intereste, because running wastegate actuator presure is the minimum of 25PSI thorugh GM solenoid (due to it adding little resttriction to the flow, and 23-24PSI running Wastegate actuator to the boost source)

If you disconnect one of the wires to the GM solenoid, will the pressure drop lower than 23-24 psi?
What is the orifice of the inline restrictor? If the restrictor is removed, what will the wastegate pressure drop down to?
There are a few ways to by-pass the restrictor if disconnecting the GM solenoid does drop boost. The DDS3 can do most things - it has two dedicated control output to manage your boost.

If i disconet it it does not matter because GM boost solenoid is a restricter of sort, i can feel it by blowing in the input part of it and it feels it restricts flow a little.
The ofrice of Boost solenoid as the same as the wastegate actuator1/8 or 3/16.
IF no Boost solenoid used then the pressure will go to 1.7 Bar 24.5 PSI If used then I will have 25+ psi weven ithout it being on.
Does this help to solve the problem?

It appears that your wastegate adjustment rod is fully retracated.
It this not the case, your wastegate valve diameter may be too restrictive to by-pass enough gas to lower the turbine speed, hence the boost pressure remains high.
If you have a 1/8" or 3/16" restricted port, it shouldn't be your problem because thise dimensions are too huge to be restrictive. I am sure you have another hidden restrictor somewhere in the rubber hose. Try blow throught the kuttke rubber hose between the turbo and the solenoid.
Or, cut a fresh new piece of hose to replace the mentioned hose just to check.
Until you have sorted out your wastegate, the DDS3 will not help you at all.

With the HP actuator at 25 psi, you're asking for trouble if the alky stops spraying. The only safety net you would have is to be running race gas all the time. I'd put a lower pressure actuator in and use the EMS with a boost solenoid.
There is no way to safely create a failsafe system with a 25psi min actuator.
You could knock on pump gas 11's a/f let alone the 12+ AFR's you should be running on injection.
Get rid of the actuator.
