Alchy injection questions

Hey all was wondering if you all could help me out a little. My mods as of right now are hks 3inch turbo back, hks evc boost controller, walboro fuel pump, apr head studs, hks 272 cams, buschur intake cone, and blow off valve. I'm going to get my car flashed and was wondering if alchy would be a wise choice as my next upgrade? I've been searching, but this crap soounds sooo complicated. lol. I plan to either take it to big al or turbo trix so installation shouldn't be a problem. A few questions. How safe is this with my set up? Around how much am I looking to spend? And which ones do you guys reccomend? Bleh lemme know guys, I appreciate your help. Thanks

I went with the devilsown alcohol injection kit. It works great and I have never had any problems with it.

Okay fellas. Spoke to Big AL and I'm going to set an appointment for this Friday. He can install the SMC kit for me. A few questions that I'm sure other alchy newbies like myself are curious about. Is any kind of engine/fuel management neccessary? I'm alittle worried about safety issues. Would it be alright if I just go with the alchy install with a mild tune? Big Al says I shouldn't have to worry too much, but I wanted everyone elses feed back. Is the alchy injection wise at my next mod, or should I go else where for hp. Lemme know guys! Thanks, appreciate all the input.

Btw what I sorta mean is. This is my daily driver, and will this tune make my car DEPENDANT on this stuff? It's not like I have U-TEC and can run several maps and stuff.. Kinda funny.. A evo getting addicted to alcohol.. lol

Just get a Tactrix cable and free Ecuflash software.
Then AL can set you up for alky AND pump gas map when you get tuned...?

It all depends on the tune. If you run the SMC it is always "armed" and ready to run. The way I have my tune set-up is always with the meth armed, and the ECU is tuned for 30psi. I think Al has a way of doing dual stage flashing, one for low boost and one for high boost. Since I haven't kept up with his product give him a ring again.

No.
Tactrix is just a interface cable that connects your laptop to your ecu for downloading one map at a time thru Ecuflash software. You can not run mutiple maps at the same time, but you can store unlimited amount of different tune files on your laptop for downloading one tune file to your ecu.
EX: One tune for Alky...one tune for pump gas...one tune for race gas...etc...etc...
