am i missing anything else? oil has about 2000 miles on it and its the 12,000 mile AMSOIL stuff so i think im ok there. intake was just taken apart and maf cleaned.

full enough meth/heet to cover the tank adaptor/level sensor - wait a day to check that everything is tight. Methanol has very low viscosity and will seep out if seal is not perfect.

what jet r u using?

you can roughtly calculate your usage - they is a graph in the instructions, look at the flow figures @125psig

27-30#'s sounds about right. If you get tuned on straight meth, you'll be locked into using straight meth after the tune. If you try to cut back to say a 75% concentration after the tune, you'll be leaner by a lot. Just keep that in mind and get a tune for what you think you'll really be using longer term.

I use 100% meth, works well for me.

One issue I had when cranking up the boost.... I had a light spring in my MBC. Worked great for controlling around 20-21#'s of boost, but couldn't get it turn up past 24#'s while tuning. Had to install a heavier spring after the fact to get the boost up where I wanted it, but it would have been nice to know that while on the dyno.

go to page 16 of the group buy thread to find a link to the instruction manual. Or you can just use your instruciton manual.

Find the graph with the flow rates, look at which jet you are using, subtract your boost level from 125 to figure out the pump pressure and see what kinda of flow the graph dictates at the pressure number you came up with. Figure out your tanks capacity and covert it into ML. take the number you got from the jet graph and divide it by the number of ML your tank holds. This gives you a number that will represent the time in minutes your meth will last.

Also take into account that you must have enough meth to keep the fluid level sensor up and functioning.
