yes aquamist came with a detailed instruction on how to set the system up once its already installed......

would be great to get that kind of knowledge.....

for instance everything is working on our car and she is spraying on certain boost level but gettin the failsafe and everything to work properly has been in PITA.....

please at least let us know exactly what the three adjustments on the boxes do!!

Do you have the User Guides for your system and the Fail Safe? Both come with color User Guides that tell how to set up the system.

Here are some inital Set up points
Controller:
Start Dial set to 1/3 of max boost
Full Dial set to max boost

Fail Safe:
Set trip point to 1/3 of max nozzle flow
M6 = 150ml/min
M8 = 200ml/min

Let me know if you still need help getting things set up.

Best regards,

Dan

Yes you are correct, did not remember you installed the M12. Set Trip point to 300ml/min when you get it back.

Best regards,

Dan

The max flow rate of the M12 nozzle is 925ml/min which means your trip point should actually be around 308ml/min. I would turn it up just a little but I don't think it's that much of a necessity.

No problem. How much power are you putting down to the ground that they recommended the M12 nozzle?

The pumps we sell have the upgraded EPDM values to be compatible with 100% meth. We have yet to have any come back due to faulire from meth.

This guy Dan is the man. He was helping me all morning with what I thought was the pump on it's way to die. Come to find out that my fail safe I got from Snow performance was leaking very bad all over. So I got me LABONTE MOTORSPORTS fail safe on the way. Thanks Dan

Having issues with my Fail Safe Solenoid. I have had this hooked up per the instruction that came with it as well the new instructions. I get wastegate boost every time. I can bypass the noid and it is Rocking full boost.

Any chance I got a bad noid?

I also used a third port on my EBC noid (it appeared to not have a plug) this was how the new instructions said to hook it up.....are these third ports plugged when not used? If so then this could be my issue right now. Would really like to have a failsafe working when running big boost.

Noids are very reliable so little chance it is bad, but not impossible. Have seen a few Evos where GM noid traps boost between WG and port A such that it keeps you in safe mode on some MBC. Call me when you have a chance and will trouble shoot your set up.

Best regards,

Dan
