If you have the BBK-20 solenoid that comes with the IFS-30C, you would use that to bypass boost around the EBC. The green wire on the IFS-30 will go from low to high (12v) when meth is flowing and is what you want to use to drive the bypass solenoid. You wold not change your EBC wiring in this set up.

Use our nozzle selection guide here. Use the NA column for just IAT cooling and select nozzle based on hp

Stage II system for Evo would be ISG-25 $395

For failsafe suggest IFS-30C $195.00

I got a few questions Dan. I noticed you don't have the M8 nozzle on the chart on your website. I'm trying to find the max flow rate of the M8. My gauge has read it flowing up to 1020ml/min and I'm pretty sure that surpassed its flow rate. Secondly, one my A/C is on the gauge bounces around between 1ml/min to 15ml/min like the kit is spraying from just the A/C on? Any thoughts?

Would a single M10 nozzle be overkill for someone running on the stock turbo? I honeslty don't know what i'll be tuned for but i imagine somewhere in the neighborhood of 25-27psi. I thought the m7 would be good, but wasn't sure. I imagine a single nozzle setup would be more than adequate right? Your thoughts?

A single nozzle works well on the Evo, simpler is always better.
Unless you plan to be over 500hp the M7 would be enough. We include two nozzles in our systems. Ordering online you can pick what sizes for your system. So order the M7 and then the M10 for if you upgrade turbo later on.

I've read through this thread and saw some questions I thought Id be able to help with and some of the differances between different types of cars using the labonte Meth kits. I have used alot of different alky kits on my personal cars and customer cars. Dans kits are the ones I preffer they offer ease of installation, great tech support, and perform great!

We tune alot of cars Subies, Evos, DSM's, turbo domestics ect.
For the cars running a manual boost controller I use the IFS-30c. With the integrated BBK it works great to dump boost when the failsafe sees no flow ect.

When using an electronic boost control like a Profec ect or the add on 3 ports used with factory ecus such as subarus ect. i liek to use the IFS-10failsafe and I like to wire the failsafe to a relay. It powers the relay to cut power to the 3 port opening the waste gate to dump boost.

Hope this clears up any confusion. Dan thanks for making such a kickass product.

quick question: i've seen/heard else where that labonte was apparently the brains behind snow's product. well i know that snow recently went with a true digital controller while all their older ones were analog. i had worked with the older ones some and they were terrible. horrible hysteresis, non-linear output, indicated start and full points never matched actual start and full points, etc. are the labonte controllers still analog or are they digital now?
