You can use the washer tank - BUT you will need to install the level and tank adapter from the kit.

I wouldn't use the stock hose...

I still prefer not to use the stock washer tank... its not ideal IMHO

You probably cant see, but there is a hole directly behind the right side of the pump, which the pump outlet hose will go through..

cant wait to get this into the car :

yes thats 4mm aluminium sheet (5005)

I want to that Resart for getting it fabricated, its turned out awesome.

When I am ready I will get it anodised black or something

I will give the CAD to anyone that wants it

Oooh...

I want one of that one...

This is how it should be done. If you're going to do it, do it right. Good on you, I'm definitely closely watching your progress and making notes for my own project sometime down the line. Keep us updated!

ill take another tommorow showing the full setup - coz i cut that one off at the bottom..

its a tight fit, at the top, so for refilling I have some cheap handheld pump's... hopefully that will work

that's alot of W&M going in tephra . . . pix pix pix !!!

how did you run your lines to engine bay ? i plan to follow the stock lines.

i'm also planning to run twin jets (water only cos no meth here) on my aem 1 GAL kit but still thinking where to put them but thinking to put 1 right @ ic outlet & the other 1 just after BOV discharge.

I still need some tools & accessories to hook mine up so i'll follow through your setup hehehe.

Also planning to use to stock washer tank to gravity flow into the aem tank so i just need to refill the stock washer tank but have to find a sweet spot to place the aem tank so that gravity flow will work or i might do the same as yours make an outlet from stock tank then join it up to aem then to pump.

arghh headache ! and i haven't actually looked into the trunk in details yet
do keep us posted . . . u the man !

ok so boot wiring is basically done.

just running the hose now, its a bit of a pain without a hoist.

also dodging all the hot and moving stuff is quite hard.

ok... what a long day...

spent a couple of hours routing the hose under the car, mainly took time to lower/move/raise the car to get a decent workspace... also my jack has gone kaput, so I am using the scissor jack... YUCK!!!

after that I ran the FCM and yellow ECU harness wire... slight problem with the later, hopefully Richard will include a slightly longer yellow harness in future revisions!

yes sorry about the ziptie FCM job, but i really couldn't find another place without drilling the chassis - not something I want todo

also I hope the relays (being electromagnetic) doesn't intefere with the FCM...??

TODO:
* re-install meth tank setup in the boot, its out because of the boot wiring, but I just have to put it back... 15 mins probably
* possibly redo the yellow harness with longer wire... its basically at the very minimum length you would want right now ... 15 mins if I do it now, or 1 hour if I do it later (raise/take wheel+fender bits off)
* tap LICP... which requires taking the bumper off, so 4 hour job since I havn't done it.
* fill with water and test...
