Is there any way to buy only controller from for example AEM ?

What are you looking to do with the controler? Tell it when to spray or adjust how much it is spraying? I would be surprised the kit did not have something...

 

My kit have only unit which only starts injection (I can select boost, when it starts), it doesn't have progressive inject. function. That's what I am lookin for.

 

Currently AEM does not sell the controller separately.

This is because whenever the controller is powered up it send a small signal to the pump to confirm that it is in fact hooked up properly and not shorted out or has a broken wire. This is part of the boost safe readiness function all our controllers have. But that means that the controllers need to be hooked up to a known pump style for the function to not give false errors so we only sell the controllers in combination with our pumps.
