Wassup Everyone...
For all those Attending you guys will definately want to come in on the 8th...
The 9th will be way to hectic with activities going on everywhere.
the basic outline of the weekend will be this.
Day 1:
Around 12:00pm: Hotel Check In.
Around 3:00pm: WCG Roll Call (4 Everyone) to be held at Official Hotel
4:00pm-5:30pm: Dinner @ Claim Jumpers (Or opt out for your own dinner)
7:00pm: Go-Kart Racing @ Race Place Motorsports Racing Complex
8:00pm: Break off to freshen up and get ready for Sacramento Nightlife!!!
9:00pm: Open: Cruising (Several Cruising spots) Clubbing ( The Rage, 815L, JukeBox, Aqua etc...) Casino Gambling (Thunder Valley, Cache Creek) Strip Club (Too many to count!) etc...etc...
Day 2: Bright and Early
6:45AM: All Car Show Entrants must meet @ Official Hotel.(Gather all your Detailing supplies and fixtures. Waxes, Polishes, Tire Shine) and prepare to head out to Sac Raceway @ 7:15AM
8:00AM: Car Show check In and setup.( All Carshow entrants will have until 12:00PM to set up there area and get there show cars ready. (This includes Tuners as well) Gates will open to the public @ noon.
All enthusiasts and members that wish to park with ClubDiamond must be @ the Sac Raceway before 10:00AM. (Space will fill up fast, and even though I have an area alotted for ClubDiamond. If it's not all filled up I will lose it.)
It will pay to have your vehicle there early to ensure your spot as I have convinced several of my media contacts to attend to help give both CMI and ClubDiamond more exposure. Were even commisioning a DVD of the event, and your car won't look the same in the Dirt parking lot.

Also includes Time Trials and Qualifying for Sundays Race portion of the event:
Afterwards, we will all get some dinner and then everyone should head back to the Hotel to get some rest, as more activities are planned for that night.
Around 9:00pm: Open activities: Cruising 100+ deep!!!, S-Racing, H-49 runs, Go-Karting, what-ever.
Around 10:30-11:00pm: Official ClubD MWCG Afterparty (As of now an 21+ party, but trying to convice club owner to break the rules for this special occasion and have it be 18+.
After All that, some folks will crash and bring the party back to the Hotel rooms, or you can use your imagination and fill in the rest of the night/early morning!
Sunday: Big Drag Race Event... In accordance to how you qualified, will place you in a certain bracket.
Again, Bright and early....8:00AM, Be rady to race. Here we will see all the Tuners and Vendors battle it out to see who has the fastest timeslips. This will also be a time for you to prove your skill and to also show what your ride can do... There will also be a few Mitsu Clinics put on by some of your favorite Tuners, so this will definately be a day you won't want to miss.
The official end of the 1'st Annual Mitsubishi WestCoast Gathering will end at the conclusion of the Drag Racing event. Most will want to head back to there Hotel rooms for some sleep, and some will be on there way to head back home.
We will be having a evening dinner though to relax and throw some ideas around on how to make next years Gathering even better and more action packed. We will also be discussing the organization of a WCG board that will help in the organizing of future meets, as well as determining there location
In final, this is an outline, and things could definately be added or switched around. so I hope that gives you a better idea of what to expect.

This is VERY Important. I can't stress it enough.
If you have to run to radio shack or Target to pick up a pair for the weekend, that's fine.
there will be tons of people in attendance, and it will be damn near impossible to reach anyone by cell.

There will be 5 Kegs...a Wet and Dry Bar, BBQ, Tons of Models and 2 DJ's. There will also be ANOTHER Wet T-Shirt contest, and a Very special VIP room for lucky guests, Media and Tuners.
