Can I borrow somebody's stock cat and possibly OEM flashed ECU?

Sup guys,

I moved to cali a few months ago and now I need to get the car registered . I have a test-pipe installed right now along with an AEM EMS. I need to get the car to pass emisions. I also have HKS 280 cams but there's nothing i can do about those. My question is if I can borrow somebody's stock cat for a weekend to pass smog/inspections? Also, if anybody has one they arent using, can I borrow somebody's flashed stock ECU? The reason I need an ECU is that I never reflashed my oem ecu for my mods and the car runs pig rich and probably wont pass even with a cat. I would appreciate any help. I just dont want to shell out major dough for a part that ill only use to pass smog and inspections every couple of years. I will gladly buy anybody who can help me out a 12pack of the beer of their choice. I'll also giveyou my parts as collaterall. Im located in tustin so just let me know guys. thanks a lot!
