OK im not in a good mood but let me explain what happened. [sorry if things dont make sense or what not...let me know and i'll try to explain at a clearer mood]

I had left work early to go do take pictures of a house for my dads client....as soon as i get out and onto the main street i was cruising at about 20mph up ahead was a bit of traffic and a fairly steep down graded hill. The vehicle infront of me started braking as did I next thing i know he slams on his brakes and slides a bit and gets away clean with out hitting the car infront of him...unfortunately for me... as soon as i heard him slam his brakes i slammed on mine my car starts squeeling and sliding towards his this was right at the top of the hill so braking for me was a bit tough...unfortunately my car didn't stop and i smashed into him from behind.

grrrrrrrr....i hit him at about 5-10mph. right after hitting him i guided the two of us over into the side streets so we wouldn't cause anymore traffic then there already is. as soon as we both get out of our cars he starts complaining about his neck and back! that f*in *** hole! he walks around my car taking pictures as he did with his...i went to my car and grabbed my camera at this time i still haven't looked at my car...as soon as i got infront of the car i was hella shocked!...@ only 5-10mph my hood was dented upwards, my front bumper smashed in, core support bent inwards and same goes with my radiator and headlights...luckily the impact didn't leak any fluids so the car was still driveable but that really didn't matter to me because i knew the car was ok even though it looked like crap..i knew the parts can be easily fixed or replaced especially with my hook ups. So...i walk over the guys car to see his damage i look at it and the only damage done was a scratch going across from one end of the bumper to the other and the corners of the bumper popped out of its place...oOOo big f*in deal...give me two days and i'll have that fixed and looking brand new in no time! but nah...this guy decides as i was looking at the cars that he call the cops and medics soon as i heard him saying "hello 911?" i was like ****...this ****er is going to **** me over...gah...i barely hit the guy and he's complaining about his neck and back...grrrrr anyway the cop came to do the report as he walked up he saw the guy strapped up into a stretcher and brace and all sorts of other ****...looks at my car and goes...**** man you had one hell of an accident...i replied not really i barely hit him...it just looks bad kus my car is made out of Coke cans...he then gave me a look like "yeah right...i've heard it all before" so i say his car is over there lets go look at it...as we walked up he goes "WTF?" we start talking about how just because i hit him from behind it will definately be my fault just cause theres no arguement to it...then the cops goes on saying i wish i can back you up man kus this guy is just after some money judging from the looks of your cars and the skid marks you made and the air bags not deploying obviously shows that you hit him below 10mph! but he cant kus i hit him and its pretty much the law saying if you were the one that rear ended the guy then your at fault. so now im sitting here waiting to find out how much the hospital going to charge me for checking this guys bogus neck and back and also waiting to get my *** kicked by insurance bills im in such a bad position now...2 accidents in 1 year...****...luckily i got my speeding ticket written off...bah...once i get a good job and a great deal with a sponsorship i get assed out some how...

all in all i really dont care about the car although i do love it to death...i dont depend on it to get me to places and i rather not depend on it either and i know for sure i have some other means of getting around...i dont care about that guy nor do i care about his car because my first impression of him trying to play off a neck and back injury totally loses my respect for him...what i do care about the most is my insurance! especially in CALIFORNIA! insurance rates here are so high! now imagine high ins. rates plus two accidents in one year!! f*!!!!!

MONEY = DEVIL! its a drug! it does wonders for you when you have lots of it...but the downside of having alot of it is that you get GREEDY! its makes everyone GREEDY! i wish money was never invented...what happened to the good ole' times when we bought things with sea shells and shiny rocks!?!!?!?!?! if it wasn't for money i wouldn't be in such a hole...neither would alot of people and most everyone would pretty damn happy. bah!

I think you'd be surprised at what damage can happen when getting rear ended. I was hit and the damage looks alomost like nothing happened... but when the rear bumper cover was removed, holy ****! Thats where all the damage is. The floor of my trunk is slightly bent where the bumper brackets mount to the car, but when you stand 30-40 feet away my car looks fine. Anyway, that sucks and I hope everything turns out ok for you.

yeah seriously. tell your ins company to hire someone to follow the guy around taking pictures of him playing basketball the next day!! They probably won't go to those lengths as they'll try to settle out of court. Whiplash, I mean real whiplash, is no joke though. My mother was rear-ended by a guy doing 50+ like 10 years ago, and her neck still hurts her from time to time. But this guy is a poser and deservs to be castrated then Lemme know if you wanna wack the guy, you can feed him to my cat to cover up the evidence. hehehe.

 

If you tell your insurance company there's a possibility of insurance fraud, they WILL investigate. A few years ago, a lady pulled up behind my (previous) car in the dark with no headlights while I was backing up out of a parking space (less than 5 mph, I had only moved 3 feet!!!) bend her fender and not a scratch on my car, but she asked for my info. 4 months later they said I wrecked the car and the guy who owned it lost his job 'cause he couldn't drive to work. All I had to say is "You have my insurance companies number, call them" When they called for my statement, I told them what was up and they started investigating the guy's bogus claim after inspecting my car (which had no damage and 11 year old ORIGINAL paint). I never heard from the @$$hole again and my insurance company was happy to not be paying out a bogus claim.

So the moral of the story is, if your insurance company smells fraud, they will look into it. Either way, best of luck, and we'll see you back on the streets soon.

god...i swear i wasn't going fast! geezus no one believes me except for the people who saw both cars that day.

 

now for even more bad news! i finally got my car into my friends bodyshop. The hood was jammed so i wasn't able to check and see if anything was really damaged under the hood...anyway we got the hood open and guess what!? i got a huge surprise! my passanger side frame is bent back like an accordian! yeah...sucks...i was actually looking up to this accident because it would've just given me a reason to put more body mods on my car than i had planned...but when i saw that bent frame...uh oh...no way man...now either the cars going to be repaired and given a salvage title which would also take the repair close to a month and 8k to repair the frame and misc. stuff or the insurance company which i just happened to have switched over to just last week can decide to pay off the rest of the car and give 200 bucks to me since the resale value of mitsu's suck! and kick my *** to the curb with a huge bill! hmmmmm i wonder whats gonna happen next.
