The way a turbo is designed its not possible for the water to leak into the exhaust. I went through all that with a turbo company when James had a crack in the exhaust port of his cylinder head. I would have never thought it was that. Are you sure its coolant? You can burn oil and it wont always look blue. I would get a leak down test done as well as compression on it, it will help you pinpoint exactly where the problem is.

good point. I agree... a leak down and comp test are in order first
