If I was still in Vegas I would have gotten an X in a heartbeat. F uck it, I got the 8 during the first year run.

So far it's looking like if I do get a Skyline, it'll be an R33 GTS-T. It's a 2.5 Liter single turbo making about 30 HP less than the GTR, but without the AWD.

I found an EVO III GSR. All white with white rims. Too bad is was some s hit head dependent. He had to be like 16 or 17. Didn't know how to shift. Sad day.

I've got a friend who has a R33 GTS-T here in town yea its got the rb25 you can still make plenty of power There's a R34 in salt lake that steve talked to the guy about its 35-40k and has a RB26 TT in it

don't they have any EVO VI's over there? I think that would be a sick car to have I know someone who has a EVO IV

This R33 GTR is for sale right now

I feel that theres people like me and others who are fine running rt-615's because when i do finally get out to a HPDE it will be once or twice a year... and maybe maybe 1 autox... i just dont worry about that. My level is rt-615 and then the next level should be dedicated track rims and tires... that makes more sense to me. But i will look into the z1's :-)

that sounds like a great plan.
Personally I dont like switching wheels/tires at the track as well as I dont like having to buy two sets of tires every year. Street tires will make me a better driver. Slicks hide to many mistakes and its very hard to learn true vehicle control skills on them.
It sounds to me that you have a desire to AX as well as hit an open track this year.
And I am going to guarantee you that it is going to bite you like a bad habit.
Do yourself a favor if this sounds realistic and spend the extra 150 bucks to swing some wider and nicer rubber. The 615s will do fine out at AX, but trust me you will get frustrated at a HPDE, it may not be your skill that exceeds the tires capabilities but more than likely it will be your cars capabilities that go beyond the tires.
And as those track skills come to you, you can later sum up the option to go to R dots.
what size wheels are you running?
245/45 is a pretty tall tire and depending you may experience rubbing.
245/40-17 or 255/40-17 will give you a little better feel as well.

Anyone getting calls from the dealerships here in vegas? I have had 3 different mitsu call me in the last two weeks. They want to buy me IX back and they offeredme $34,000 straight up for it...LOL I thought it was a scam till I actually talked to them about it. They want IX's back cuz X's arn't selling and they can sell IX's for more than new X's.. HAHA good thing I kept my IX and I said no to $34,000 cash. Just wondering if anyone else has had dealership try and buy their IX's back..

Anyways, Anyone also take frequent trips to cali?? Im on 100 and I really don't feel like driving 91oct all the way there and back.. What gas stations in the LA/Santa Monica have 100oct? I just got back from Anaheim and Didn't see one rebel station then entire trip. I figured I'd just fill up tanks and bring them with me for the trip there, but have to refill them on the way home, but don't know whch stations have it

cali has union 76 gas stations, some have 100 oct. that would be your best bet.
