Its all good, its definitely getting cold so we can see about setting stuff up once spring hits and it warms back up. No fun standing out in the cold talking about cars, but we used to do it in Vegas every week anyway haha.

Im sure I'll be meeting up with some of you that "do work" out at the track and autocross when it warms back up too. Ive met a few people with evo's in town that have never even heard of EvoM so that could be it as well.

So hows everyone liking the snow? I picked up some Blizzak WS-60's, they seem to be doing the job hehe. Not used to having to buy snow tires though, I coulda used that money for track rubber! lol

Ya I just stuck them on some evo 8 stockers I picked up. Working well so far, we were over on McCarren by Plumb going up a hill and people started to slide all over and I just motored right past lol.

Im jealous Tripp! I need to get up there but we are so strapped. Anyone know anybody hiring right now? My girlfriend has been looking for a couple months so far but no luck. I heard right now its the highest unemployment rate in 26 years or something like that.

Yea they're really good! Not quite as grippy in the snow as the ASX's (not bad either), but much better on dry.

Modified Auto Salon has done all the work to mine (Cams, timing belt, clutch, turbo install, etc.) and they do it right and for a good price.

Agreed... But it's always fun to do it yourself!

I figured if I have to drive in the snow, might as well pay the extra bit of cash for the snow tires. Im not a fan of all seasons at all, and I already have dedicated summer tires so it made sense.

Tires are the only thing on your entire car that touches the road, and it kinda makes me laugh when people go cheap on tires when they have all this other money invested in their car. Its just a ticking time bomb in my opinion lol.

Ya man we need to get you on some sticky rubber for track and autoX this summer! Trust me when you feel the difference, you'll never go back to all seasons again hehe.
