what was your 60ft and mph?

 

60ft is very embarrassing... 1.86 and mph was 115.6

 

how many ppl showed up ?

 

it was a good number of people for a first day. When the lanes were open they got people through pretty fast. Temps in the high 50's low 60's.

 

So you had the red one murf...I was wondering why you were tuning... I thought you had it dialed in but then I just saw your other post about the BBK. Your car looked good! glad you got that thing running... a quick Q, What PSI were you seeing when you actually got the 12.2? did you get 22-23?

 

yeah, I've got the red one. It must have looked funny doing the tuning..we were doing 4th gear but 1/4 mile isn't enough room I had to run past the end trap a few times to get 7k+rpm. Jeremy got it dialed in pretty good on 91. I blew the TB hose off a couple of times good thing I had the trusty 7/16 wrench. All runs were @ 22-23 psi

 

yea I remember that... I slowed down just to see if everything was ok... my boost sucked when I was racing... 20psi at most!

 

couple of zip ties fixed that right up..kept the hose from swelling right before the intake.

 

Why was your boost only at 20psi?

 

cause it wouldn't get over it when racing...4th was sometimes 21 but yea... i did a 4th gear pull an it was still 24psi...

 

When did you run 12.2? last one i saw is mid 12`S post your time slip pls. I just dont see 12.2s 115 mph possible 19-20 on the turbo that doesnt make good power not until 24 psi. not trying to be a dick just had exp. with this turbo.

 

I am tuned for 24-25 psi I just don't see that boost when going through the gears... Let me find the slip.. it's in my car somewhere.
I understand what you mean though... My 3rd to last rung was 12.56 at 114.3with 1.98 60 ft and then I ran the 12.2 and after that I bogged with a 2.1 60ft and ran a 12.68 at 114.5

 

Yea you really won't see 24psi until about 4th gear I guess. Well I hitting 22 psi in 3rd today, but I'm hitting 24-25 like you in 4th.

 

tripp why didn't you make it? we needed more evos out 3 just was not enough..you got all that good stuff, time to put it to good use hahah

 

He had a detail in Truckee... I already nagged him for the last 3 days! But we should all go with in the next couple months!
