Reno Area anybody?
I wouldnt go guru status, but thanks Phil hehe. I do tunes, and so does Cory (evoIXreno). I wouldnt go to anyone else in town after seeing their work to be honest. I think I charge more then cory though hehe =P
If you have any questions on tires or suspension, Im always game. Just let me know what your planning on doing with the car and I can steer you in the right direction (autocross, road race, canyon runs etc).

Exactly Whom are you refering to with that statement, and what work are you refering to? I'd suggest in a small town like this to have good examples before throwing stuff like that around.

I agree with with Cory's statement about the car bombs!!! 
Lastly Cory helped me out and smoothed out my tune a bit and the car runs great! I can def. feel an improvement.

Man she couldnt stand being in the "rockin the nike's to work" crowd haha (more like Im sick of driving her!). Its basically her first car. Shes had others that parents gave her then took back, etc. But this is her first real car. I just made sure it was the one she wanted =)
Had a graphite gray next to me today getting off 80 east onto Mccarren, anyone on here? I hate running into people when Im running those ugly *** yellow lip wheels, those are getting painted once I take em off. I cant wait to put the advans on this week! Snow tires are so last year!

Just so you guys know, First Autocross of the year is on April 4th. That day will be a driving school event, so those new to autocross should really come out and learn. Remember, drag racing is for fast cars, but autocross is for fast drivers =P Use your car for what it was really meant for, turning the wheel while going fast! Second round is April 5th, so if you end up going to fallon for *** I mean drag races, come out sunday. I guarantee one ride in my car and you'll never go to fallon again haha! ( I know I come across harsh, Im just giving you drag racers crap =)
Seriously, dont hesitate to ask for a ride in my car. All you need is a helmet, I'll supply the excitement hehe. I should be there both days most likely. Trying to get my girlfriend to get off work, we just bought an 05 WRX and she wants to autocross it too.
Heres the details on the event, this is for both days:
April 4th and 5th

Reno/Stead Airport
Stead is located just North of Reno.
Please obey speed limits in the airport neighborhood; we don't want to lose this site!!!
1: From the Interstate 80 and US 395 junction, take US 395 north from Reno (towards Susanville.)
2: Take the Stead Blvd. exit and turn right (East).
3: Continue on Stead Blvd. all the way into the airport. At the "Y" intersection, remain in the right lane.
4: Once through the airport gates, turn left at Alpha and immediately right on Petriciani.
5: Proceed to the grandstand area to park and register.

Unfortunately it was cancelled 
Looks likes reno stead airport resurfaced the tarmac for us over the winter, but it didnt stick that well. So lots of gravel is coming up and there is no traction. They are either going to strip that off and redo it, or we need to find another site, but either way we are dead in the water till at least next month. Sucks bad.
On another note, getting the car prepped for autocross on Thursday was really a crappy day for me lol. Make a long story short, what could go wrong, did. Broke my wheel lock socket, have to send that out to get replaced but luckily its free. Then taking off the front snow tires, I snapped two studs. I went down to Allison on Friday and had them replace the studs, they were WAY WAY cool and did it under warranty even though I snapped them in my own garage, and I rolled down there on my advans not even the stock wheels/snow tires. Not sure if you guys have had problems with Allison in the past, but they said to come back they are really cool now. I walked over to parts while they were workin on the car, and asked about Diaqueen for my diff and tcase. I was quoted $49, and I told the parts guy nevermind I can get it from mitsubishiparts.net for $34. He goes "$34 sounds good to me, I'll match that". I was like dude seriously? Ring it up!

Anyone need some evo 8 spark plugs? I bought these NGK iridium BPR7EIX plugs thinking they were correct fitment for an IX and they arent, they are VIII plugs. (F U lancershop for saying these were for a 9). I bought them for 31 plus shipping, so I'll eat the shipping if someone needs them and call it good for $30. These are one step colder iridium plugs, would be good if your running full bolt ons or above 23psi. I wouldnt put these on a bone stock car, but with mods they are perfect. Let me know, otherwise they are going on ebay hehe.
