Yeah it was RPD, I better get it dropped to regular speeding or Im screwed. I'm only 20 so my insurance would probably double with a reckless driving offense..

Yeah, I've gotten caught street racing before in my RSX. Oh well. I guess when you speed and street race, your willing to gamble with the law. I got caught and that's that. I fought it, and I got some leverage, but when we break the law, we have to pay for the consequences.

BTW, Neuspeed06, how did your clutch go out? I'm still on my OE clutch and my car has dang near 40k miles. Guess I take care of my real well or something >_<

I really dont know, from day one i smelled clutch just at small speeds, then more and more it would smell, finally at 1100 miles it went out. They took it out and called abuse, i called, BS. So Like i said they kinda gave me a deal, 400 for parts, the rest on them. I wrote a letter to Mitsu mfg about the issue.

Nice... well to replace a clutch like that for super cheap is an awesome deal. Usually doesn't Mitusbishi charge $700 or so just in laber? I think on our AllData system at work it said something around 9 hours of labor (which at our rate is closer to $850).

What's up everybody. Just got back from a ecuflash tune from Andy of speed element on Saturday. Had him install cams, gears, and headstuds 2 weeks before. Anyway, just wanted to tell you all that if you need any work done to really consider them. They will take good care of you!

I would fight your ticket till they drop it to a 10 over or something like that. Just remember to plead not guilty thats what my insurance agent told me. They will knock it down a little. You were only doubling the speed limit. When I was 18 and I got one. I was doing 90 in a 30. The ticket back then was $500 and my insurance tripled for the year.

Hey in case anyone is free Friday night, you should come to this show at the Reno Jazz Club. 9 P.M. I'll be playing the drums, so it will be rockin'.

Go to myspace.com/alldaydrive to check out some of our music and whatnot.

Tu, Jerel, I expect both of you to come ^_^

I'll try to make it, but I have a hard time getting out of the house, especially that late with the wife. Where is Reno Jazz Club anyways?

Everybody should support Atlas and his band. Look them up on youtube for some of their music videos along with their myspace. I think they have a sound that appeals universally no matter what your preference in music genre.

Anybody here datalogging their Evo? I am looking to doing this, and was wonder if people locally were already doing this and had some pointers for me, such as what program they're using, what hardware they got, etc. I think this is a necessity for me since I'm looking to get a custom flash next spring in CA and would like to keep a close eye on knocks and A/F when I run it at our elevation. Heck, I might even just do an email EcuFlash if I feel comfortable doing so.

Since it's gonna start snowing soon, might as well learn more about the car and tinker with it in the garage.
