I finally got my BBS's today! I paid $1400 w/ advans with about 1,000 miles on them. Seems like I got a pretty good deal considering they usually go for a lot more on evom. I'm so pumped, I love these wheels

Anybody know if the Fernley track is open this Friday?

 

Yes, September 1st seems to be the last day open there. I'm not going, but since we're talking about tracks, who wants to plan a meet for October 8th? That's the last SCCA event at Stead, so it would be fun to challenge each other at autocross. So anybody wanna do it?

 

There are some Sonys that are pretty good for around that price. If you go to best buy or Circuit City they should be able to make some good recomendations, but if you really want a DAMN good digital camera look at the Nikon D50. It cost around 600 or so W/O lenses, but i have a friend who uses that and hes is contracted by Enkei and a few magazines to do shoots for them. Also check eBay. I was looking on there for the D50's and found the camera, some really good lenses and a 2GB SD card for around 800. Know thats not what you were looking to spend, but just giving you a recomendation or 2.

 

I have the Sony T1 and love that thing. The best thing about it is the portability and ease of use while getting decent quality at 5Mps. You should be able to get those for around $300 or so.

I am going to Fernley on 9/1 to kick off my Labor day weekend. Anybody else? Also, I would like to do the SCCA thing in Stead as well. Any more info on it Atlas?

Yup, will be running at Fernley. I want to get a baseline that I've been meaning to do for 3 months now. I'll be rolling up w/ my friend w/ a Mazdaspeed6 and maybe another with a 2G GSX. Maybe we'll see you there Tu.
