If I hit that I know the car would have the potential to run 11's on pump with a decent 60 ft.

Just for reference member "rACERS" put down 290whp/tq. at Speed Element in his evo IX and ran an 11.9 @114 on 91 octane only. Andy's tunes are definitely on the money from what I've been seeing.
Is SAC raceway open for test and tune?

From what I heard, Sac sucks... no personal experience though.

On 3/17, Saturday at noon, Fallon opens for the TnT. Only $40 to run I think. I'll be there for sure. Hope to see some of you guys out there.

It sucks big time. All the return lanes have to cross the road into the pits. We're not talking a perpendicular intersection were everyone can take turns. It's a head on and a cluster****. I even called them and told em to stop sending me their flyers cause I'll never return. They couldn't even get that right(still send em to me).

It's too bad that Sac raceway is crappy. We should really be fortunate to have Fallon and Fernley for drags and support them. Despite the minor irregularities on the track and the elevation, it is actually quite nice to have a venue to run without fear of cops.

Correction: the fallon tnt opens at 8am and runs start at 9:30am on 3/17.

Sac isnt great by any means but its at sea level so you can really get an idea of your car's full potential. Running at 4500+ elevation is fine for just messin around, but to really see if your cars running the way it should you gotta test at sea level

That's one of the dumbest statement I've ever heard.

The elevation will definitely have an affect on our times, but to state that running at higher elevation is fine for just messing around is asinine.

I think you meant to say "statements", but anyway, how is my comment dumb? In order to test the performance limits of any car you need to be at sea level. Its still fun to race up here to compare times and mess around, but if you want to know your car's absolute potential in terms of ET's you gotta go down the hill. I thought this was common sense

i like testing the car up here myself. because this is where you're actually driving the car and 1/4 mile times in sac dont matter for crap up here and vice versa. dont be surprised if you run 11's in cali but get raped by a 12 second car here.
but what are you gonna say when you run someone and lose? i've heard this plenty of times when i used to race my gsx that ran 12's: "it runs 11's in cali, you wanna run there?"see how stupid that sounds? but if you wanna test out your car in cali, thats cool man.
