I've been using MT-90 for 5 years & see no reson to change

By no means do I take it easy on the car, when it gets pulled out, it gets pulled out to be driven & everything is in perfect shape

oops ... read up on the Evo IX and found it. One more reason for me *not* to own an Evo IX. jk

Probably the other reason why we see a few shops putting in ATF in the x-fer cases.

I have heard of a few shops filling the case with ATF as well

In case anyone is wondering...Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF(Multi-vehicle Formula) Meets the ATF-SP111 Spec for the ACD.

Diaqueen is what you run Josh? I was looking into some of the Amsoil severe gear oil for the diff and case, since I am hoping to take it to the track quite a bit this year.

Yeah, I use Diaqueen in the Case & Rear diff & they're still alive.

I can't really comment on Amsoil, never used the stuff..

Well i figured i'd try it out and see how it goes. Also, It wasn't that the Redline MT-90 was bad just some said that when it was cold the trans didn't shift as smooth.

tcase and rear diff dont even take a qt each, but you gotta buy diaqueen by the gallon and its 50-60$

just a touch over 3 qts in the trans. I did a redline mix in mine, 2 qt MT90 and 2 qt MTF mixed together

I think i have a 1/2 gallon of diaqueen id hook someone up on, ill never use it again lol

I thought so, they also offer a 75W-110 as well. I figured i'll try it out, I can always go back to Diaqueen if i don't like it. I am just changing all the fluids on the care so I'll just try all the products ha
