I'm going to play with this setup over the next year until I can hit over 400 hp. Right now I have no problem what-so-ever hitting 415-420 ft-lb but I want to get hp up, I'm stuck @ 385 right now.

Once I reach that I'll go with a set of FIC 1650's & inject straight water with a direct port system....still undecided on a turbo though.

Ha turbo is tough choice for sure. I heard the low impedance FIC 1650s have a hard time on pump gas.

Did I ever mention how much better cams make my car?

I haven't even tuned with my wideband yet, and my car feels AMAZING up top.

Sik did you end up getting cams?

I cannot tell you how much better my FIRST ever tune feels compared to my last "tune".

My **** is silky smooth now and I'm not even close to being done with it.

Currently saving up for the hks gtII 7460R, I think that meets all my requirements for a turbo lol.

when I did the cams in my 1g I also put a different turbo set up on at the same time. But with the evo all I did was cams and intercoolerpipes at the same time and wow. It feels amazing compared to stock stuff, I can't believe it makes such a difference even without a tune.

just be careful getting on it since you dont have a tune.
also when you did cams did you install new springs and retainers or are you using the stock ones?
